The exit and the gate are separate places

Villas near ORR Exit 14 are often searched as if the exit and the front door were the same pin. They are not. Exit 14 is at Tukkuguda. Autumn Luxury Villas, the ongoing duplex published by Harivillu Homes, places its gate at Thummaloor. The project card puts the drive between them at about 15 minutes. Srisailam Highway is about 3 minutes from the gate, and the airport about 25 minutes.

A published minute is a planning figure. It is not a promise at nine in the morning. The drive that belongs in a decision is the one a buyer makes on the weekday that matters. A brochure that says “near Tukkuguda” is accurate only after that drive has been timed. The search for villas in Tukkuguda properly leads to this belt. The address to visit is Thummaloor.

Exit 14 is the ring-road landmark. Thummaloor is the gate.

The project card states about 15 minutes between them.

The same journey should be timed before it is compared with a commute in the west.

What the published house contains

The community is 182 villas on 23 acres. The plans are 3 and 4 BHK, of 3,035 and 4,035 sft, on plots of 267, 300 and 400 square yards. The stated rate is ₹6,999 per sq. ft, and the starting price is ₹1.72 crore. The clubhouse is 30,000 sft. The page lists the project as HMDA Approved. Because the community is ongoing, the pool and the other shared rooms are part of the plan until a buyer can see them complete. The rate and the plan should be read together: the starting price is not a description of every villa on the site.
