From the Autumn gate at Thummaloor, the project card states about 25 minutes to the airport, about 15 minutes to Exit 14, and about 3 minutes to Srisailam Highway. A west-side weekday is a separate drive.

Three published journeys, and one that is not

Thummaloor to airport distance is stated on the Autumn Luxury Villas card as about 25 minutes. The same card puts Outer Ring Road Exit 14 at Tukkuguda at about 15 minutes, and Srisailam Highway at about 3 minutes. These are the journeys this note will treat as published guides. They are not a guarantee at peak hour. They are also not a claim about a metro, or about a radial road, that a resident cannot yet use.

Gachibowli and the Financial District are a different weekday. The west of the city is a longer conversation than the airport. A buyer whose office is there five days a week should time that particular drive on a Monday before choosing Thummaloor for the airport figure alone. A buyer whose life is the airport and the south is reading the shorter sentence. For comparison, MPR Urban City at Pati Ghanpur places Exit 3 at about 10 minutes and the airport at about 45. The two gates are organised around different journeys.

A western office is not one of those three figures. It has to be driven separately.

The minutes are useful only if the house is the right one

At the end of the drive is a duplex of 3,035 or 4,035 sft on its own plot, in a community of 182, at ₹6,999 per sq. ft, from ₹1.72 crore. A short airport journey does not repair a plan that does not fit the household, and a longer western commute does not, by itself, make the house a mistake. The professional sequence is to accept the card’s minutes as the starting point, replace them with a personal drive, and then read the plan.

A weekday to the west should be timed separately before it is accepted.
