Some of what the brochure describes may still be under construction.

A buyer who wants a new villa should visit the ongoing gate and ask what “ongoing” still includes: roads, clubhouse rooms, and the pool. A buyer who is comparing a finished house elsewhere should compare it with what can be seen here, not with a promise of what will later be seen.
