What to establish before booking a plot near Yadadri.
A plot booking is ready when the size, the approval, the title, the road and the price are on paper. Nemila DTCP is the open-plot visit. SUVANA is the highway visit. Neither publishes a price here.
Five lines from one afternoon
To buy plot near Yadadri without guessing, the visit should end with the measurement, the approval, the title, the road in front of the plot, and the price. At Nemila DTCP that means a plot from 150 square yards upward, a DTCP file rather than an assumption of HMDA, a clear title, spot registration if it applies to that plot, and a blacktop road of 60, 40 or 33 feet. At SUVANA, on NH-44 at Vemula, it means a plot from 250 to 2,420 square yards, the maintenance terms, and the 60:40 clause in writing.
Neither page publishes a price. The price from the current sheet should be written next to the plot number before a booking amount is paid. If what was wanted was a finished house, the relevant visit is Autumn Luxury Villas at Thummaloor, not a further conversation about a bare plot. The list does not change because the highway is pleasant or the town is close to a temple. The file still has to open.
