NH-44 is a highway a buyer can drive. The plot is at Vemula.
Warehousing and industry along the Hyderabad–Bengaluru highway are a reason people look at land near Shadnagar and Vemula. The layout this site publishes on that highway is SUVANA, and the page does not print a rate.

An industrial belt is a reason to visit, not a rate per acre
NH-44 Hyderabad plots are searched because the Bengaluru highway already carries logistics, and because further industry is regularly reported along it. Warehousing is visible on parts of that road. This note will not name a factory as if it were attached to a particular survey number, and it will not quote a land rate per acre. Those rates are the thing a seller is trying to establish. They are not a fact this page has measured.
Shadnagar is the town people use for the southern stretch of the highway. Vemula is the village on the project page. They should not be treated as the same gate. A weekend-home brochure and a managed plantation are also different products, even when both sit near the same highway. The buyer’s job is to find which of those is actually being sold.
