HYDRAA made the lake line a question to ask before the price.
Enforcement around lakes has made buyers ask whether a survey number sits in a full tank level, a buffer, or a notified layout. The answer is a document, not a sentence on a hoarding.

The lake line is now part of the first visit
HYDRAA clear title layouts became a search because enforcement around lakes, full tank levels and buffer zones has been visible across Hyderabad. This note does not count demolitions, and it does not claim that any layout is free of every risk. The effect that matters to a buyer is procedural. Before the price is discussed, ask whether the survey number falls inside a full tank level, a buffer, or a layout that has an approval in force.
A seller’s phrase, “100 percent clear”, is not a document. The documents have names. A revenue record identifies the land. An approval identifies what may be laid out on it. A registration identifies a real-estate project where the law requires one. Each of those can be asked for, and each can be absent. Absence is the useful finding.
