East-facing and corner plots: the question to ask, not a charge to assume.
Nemila DTCP publishes Vastu for an ongoing layout of 736 plots, from 150 square yards. East-facing and corner are descriptions of a plot. The page does not print a rupee charge for either. Ask the sheet.

Facing is a direction. A corner is a second road.
East facing plots are plots whose front, as the layout draws it, looks east. Buyers ask because Vastu practice treats that direction as preferable for a house they may build later. A corner plot is a different fact: it has frontage on two roads, which changes the shape of the house that can sit on it and the amount of boundary the owner maintains.
Neither fact is a price until a sheet says so. Nemila DTCP Open Plots lists Vastu, a clear title, spot registration, and blacktop roads of 60, 40 and 33 feet. It lists 736 plots on 8.8 acres, from 150 square yards. It does not publish a rate, and it does not publish an extra for east or for a corner. A charge that is not on the page should not be assumed from custom.
