A managed farmland is a crop, a term, and an agreement.
Urban buyers look at managed farmland as a way to hold land without farming it themselves. The page can name the crop and the years. It cannot promise an inflation hedge, and it does not print a return.

An inflation hedge is a motive, not a result on the page
Managed farmland in Telangana is searched by people who want a long holding, a named plantation, and someone else to maintain it. Sandalwood is the crop that carries the hope, because the timber is slow and the story is large. This note will not supply a harvest price, a yield, or a year in which the money comes back. Those numbers belong in an agreement if they belong anywhere, and they are not on the project page.
Soil, rainfall and time are the physical facts. A blog cannot test the soil of a plot the reader has not stood on. What it can do is list the questions that separate a plantation from a slogan: which species are named, who maintains them, for how many years, in whose name the trees stand, which costs come out before any share, and when a harvest is even possible. Sandalwood is not guava. Guava is not custard apple. Folding three crops into one return is how the hope gets ahead of the paper.
